Warmer Home Grants is part of the Verdant group, which was established by a small team of passionate individuals with over 30 years of experience in the domestic energy and carbon reduction sector. We have continued to grow into a nationwide provider of home energy upgrades, covering both privately funded and fully grant-funded projects. We support Homeowners, Landlords, and Tenants to improve the energy efficiency and value of their homes, driving down energy bills and reducing the environmental impact of their properties.

Our friendly team of Certified Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessors are all Trustmark Approved. TrustMark is a quality assurance scheme for improvements in or around the home. It validates home improvements, promotes quality installation, and provides customer protection.
They also follow our ‘fabric first approach’ in order to lower the home’s energy consumption. We aim to create or ensure an airtight, insulated building that reduces the amount of energy required to heat the home. We prioritise the performance of the building fabric and then look to enhance its performance with upgrades including solar panels and air source heat pumps.
Our installers and partner installers all hold the appropriate certification and training for their specialist work, whether that be our Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) registered Solar Panel fitters or our HSE and ACOPs compliant insulation fitters.
Importantly, all our installers are CRB checked.
The Energy Company Obligation is a government energy efficiency scheme for Great Britain, administered by Ofgem. Many of our customers access funding for their upgrades through the ECO4 scheme. As an ECO4 supplier, we are able to deliver your project from survey to completion at no cost to the customer.
